What ever oil you may intake, consume very little only. The most important thing is you should drastically control food oil.
1. consume Soyabean, Salmon fish daily
2. consume Garlic, curry leaf, Cilandro (kothamalli leaf) Guava fruit (not fully fipend-half only) large quantities
3. include in your food the following : cabbage, carrot,beans, cereal, potato with skin (boiled)
4. cashew nut, badam are very good if you take daily
5. brown skin of rice (while you process paddy seeds to develop rice, you will get this skins brownish one.... in malayalam it is called thavidu.... ask any mallu guy
5. Less consume salt, consume sea food especially fish. aVoid fried foods, also red meet. Avoild sweets, cola, cake pastry, noodles,ice cream fully.
consuming OATS is very good to reduce cholesterol. In this beta glucon will absorb whole cholesterol from your food.
