Balcony Swimming Pools In Aquaria Grande Tower

Aquaria Grande Tower is residential project that is to be constructed in Mumbai, India. Two 37-

storey towers will have a glass swimming pool on the balcony. Or to be exact, the balcony will be a

swimming pool. An interesting design solution will be featured in some of the towers apartments.

The skyscraper buildings by Wadhwa Group were designed by cyber architect James Law and will be

located in Borivali of Mumbai, India.

The balconyswimming pool framed with glass certainly looks impressive but is it practical we wonder?

The wave-like shape is determined by the architecture of the future buildings.

The luxurious residential towers will also feature a clubhouse, a podium garden and a large car park. The

sight is located in half a kilometer from the Western express highway making it easier to get to places.

The Aquaria Grande Tower project was designed to be more energy efficient and sustainable.

SUMMER BERRY SALSA

Combine
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 seeded and finely chopped yellow bell pepper
1 seeded and minced jalapeo Chile
In a medium bowl; toss gently.
Add
2 tablespoons each of finely chopped red onion
Finely chopped green onion
Finely chopped cilantro
Toss lightly
Combine
1 tablespoon each of
Cider vinegar,
Olive oil,
Freshly squeezed lime juice,
Orange juice
And honey
In a small bowl; mix well.
Drizzle vinegar mixture over berry mixture; toss to coat.
Makes 8 -cup servings.

A friend of mine was very nervous today because he wasn't dealt nicely by his manager. The error on his part was that he included another colleague in a specific email correspondence whom his manager didn't want him to. This lead me pondering over 'Professional Maturity' & 'Ethical Issues in different Organizations' hence I started re-calling my not so long 10 years professional career to compile the list of issues:

1- Wrong Resource selection (wrong person for the right job) and dropping/ignoring the right one.

2- Favoritism (Nationalism / Languagism)

3- No Appreciation & Encouragement

4- Back biting & Leg pulling

5- Gossips

6- Illogical Promotion

7- Non-uniform task assignment to employee.

8- Mismanagement in Training & Skill polishing

9- Rough and tough behavior by managers in case of mistakes.

Here is some recommendations which need to be implemented for the corrective and preventive remedies:

- Ethical help lines should be available in companies. The process has to be completely neutral & private.
- Managerial level audits should be done by neutral staff in order to ensure that staff is treated neutrally and irrespective of favoritism.
- Mature employees should keep 'sniffing' the bad air in office in terms of gossips & backbiting and report to the relevant management for corrective and preventive measures.
- Reward & talent recognition system needs to be transparent.
- Promotions to be done based on actual Talent.

The world's first anti-obesity vaccine has shown promising results in boosting weight loss, according to a study.

Keith Haffer from Braasch Biotech LLC, south Dakota, who developed the vaccines in two versions JH17 and JH18, derived from a peptide hormone somatostatin, tested them in two groups of diet induced obese male mice, and compared with a group of mice that received saline injections.

Somatostatin inhibits the action of growth hormone (GH) and insulin like growth factor (IGF1), both of which increase metabolism and result in weight loss.

Obesity and obesity related disease is a growing health issue worldwide.

Mice in all groups had been fed a high fat diet for eight weeks prior to the study and continued to eat the same food for the duration of the six week study. The vaccinations were administered twice at the start of the study followed by a booster vaccination on day 22, the Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology reported.

Four days after the first injection of modified somatostatin, the vaccinated mice had a 10% drop in body weight (not seen in the mice receiving saline shots), said a university statement.

Later, results showed that both vaccines induced antibodies to somatostatin and significantly reduced body weight, sustaining the lower body weight, without affecting normal levels of the growth hormone IGF1, or insulin levels.

"This study demonstrates the possibility of treating obesity with vaccination," Keith explained. "Treatment of human obesity with vaccination would provide physicians with a drug and surgical free option against the weight epidemic.
