അഴിയൂരില്‍ 40 കിണറുകളില്‍ വെള്ളം പെട്ടെന്ന് വറ്റി
വടകര: അഴിയൂര്‍ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ തീരദേശ മേഖലയില്‍ കിണറുകളിലെ വെള്ളം പെട്ടെന്ന് വറ്റി. അഴിയൂര്‍ ഗവ. ഹയര്‍സെക്കന്‍ഡറി സ്‌കൂളിന് പിറകുവശത്തുള്ള നാല്പതോളം വീടുകളിലെ കിണറുകളിലാണ് തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാവിലെ ഈ പ്രതിഭാസം കണ്ടത്.
കടലില്‍ നിന്ന് 30 മുതല്‍ 50 മീറ്റര്‍വരെ അകലെയുള്ള കിണറുകളാണിത്.
സിമന്റ് വളയം കൊണ്ട് തീര്‍ത്ത ഇരുപത്തഞ്ചോളം കിണറുകളിലും, പതിനഞ്ചോളം കുഴല്‍ക്കിണറുകളിലും വെള്ളം താഴ്ന്നു. നിറയെ വെള്ളം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന കിണറുകളാണ് ഇവ. 25 വര്‍ഷത്തിലധികമായി താമസിക്കുന്നവരാണ് ഈ പ്രദേശത്തുള്ളവര്‍. ആദ്യമായാണ് ഇത്തരത്തിലൊരനുഭവം.
