Respected seri T M, 

Now you have ignited hate between communities and also does not call for whether he is educated with degrees etc., or not. (I have studied only tenth standard as my father or my relatives could not make me to study further and today my service to college students to study further to masters/doctorate and proud to say many have achieved from USA, EUROPEAN UNIVERSITIES). Try to appreciate Dr., with his qualification,  still he wrote on Malayalam  Language.

Am I to feel whether you are a true Christian or converted.(you have expressed that Christians teaches love enemies) Reason  being that you have ignited poison with your words towards HINDUS.

Now it is my wish as a true Christian you will start loving me, if you feel that I am your enemy, and if You are not treating me as your enemy, then I love to have your vociferous words as a gesture.

I object to the use of the term "Christian Krooratha". Christians do not propagate violence. It is the only religion  which teaches to love  your enemies. It is the  Christian love which prompted Mother Theresa to spent her life  for the poor people of India, irrespective of religion. If some britishers had committed cruelty, why christianity should  be blamed for it. You forget that the it is a Bristish person, who established CMC Vellore. The culprits who are involved in the cruelest rape and murder of  "Nirbhaya" at Delhi are all Hindus.  According to the theory propagated by you  whether  it should be treated as Hindu cruelty?.
 So please refrain from postings which generates hatred between communities. Being an educated person from the degrees written with your name, society expects more responsible and positive ideas from you.

സ്വന്തം രാജ്യത്തിന് വിദേശികളെഴുതിയ ചരിത്രം പഠിക്കാന്‍ വിധിക്കപ്പെട്ട ലോകത്തിലെ ഏകരാജ്യം ഭാരതമാണ്. നമ്മള്‍ പഠിച്ചതും പഠിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതുമായ ഭാരത ചരിത്രം വെള്ളക്കാരെഴുതിയ പച്ചക്കള്ളം മാത്രം.
നമ്മളെ പഠിപ്പിച്ച വാസ്തവ വിരുദ്ധമായ ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ നിന്നും മാറി, യഥാര്‍ഥ ഭാരത ചരിത്രം എല്ലാവരിലേക്കും എത്തിക്കാന്‍, അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ നമ്മളറിയാത്ത ചില ഭാരത ചരിത്ര സത്യങ്ങള്‍ അറിയാന്‍ ഒരു ശ്രമം, അതാണ്‌ 'എന്‍റെ ഭാരതം' എന്ന പംക്തിയിലൂടെ അഗ്നി ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്.

ഭാരതീയ സംസ്കൃതി കടന്നുപോയ പന്ഥാവുകള്‍ വിശകലനം ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ നമക്കു മനസ്സിലാക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കുന്ന സന്ദേശമെന്തോ അതാണ്‌ ഭഗവദ്ഗീതയില്‍ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണന്‍ ഉപദേശിച്ച,
"യഥാ യഥാഹി ധർമ്മസ്യ ഗ്ലാനിർ ഭവതി ഭാരത
അഭ്യുത്ഥാനം അധര്‍മ്മസ്യ തദാത്മാനം സൃജാമ്യഹം
പരിത്രാണായ സാധൂനാം വിനാശായ ച ദുഷ്കൃതാം
ധര്‍മ്മ സംസ്ഥാപനാർത്ഥായ സംഭവാമി യുഗേ യുഗേ" എന്ന വരി കള്‍.
ത്രേതായുഗത്തില്‍ ശ്രീരാമന്‍ ധര്‍മ്മത്തെ സംരക്ഷിച്ചു. അയോധ്യമുതല്‍ ശ്രീലങ്ക വരെ ശ്രീരാമന് സ്വയം അത് സാധിച്ചു . ദ്വാപരയുഗത്തില്‍ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണന്‍ നേരിട്ടും പാണ്ഡവരിലൂടെയും ധര്‍മ്മം സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. കലിയുഗത്തില്‍, ഈ രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്‍റെ ചൈതന്യം, അനവധി പാണ്ഡവസമൂഹങ്ങളിലൂടെ ധര്‍മ്മത്തെ സംരക്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കുന്നു.
ദ്വാപരയുഗത്തില്‍ ധര്‍മ്മം അറിയാവുന്ന ഭീഷ്മരും ദ്രോണരും കൗരവ പക്ഷത്ത് നിന്നതുപോലെ കലിയുഗത്തിലും ധര്‍മ്മം അറിയാവുന്ന പലരും എതിര്‍പക്ഷത്ത് നില്‍പ്പുണ്ട്. കലിയുഗത്തിലെ ധര്‍മ്മസംരക്ഷണത്തിലും, രാഷ്ട്ര സംരക്ഷണത്തിലും ശിഖണ്ടിമാരും, ശകുനിമാരും, കര്‍ണ്ണന്മാരും, ദുര്യോധനന്മാരും, അന്ധരായ ധൃതരാഷ്ട്രന്മാരും ഉണ്ട്. എന്നിട്ടും എന്നത്തേയും പോലെ ഭാരതവും ഭാരത സംസ്കൃതിയും ഇന്നും ജയിക്കുന്നു ഇനിയും ജയിക്കുകതന്നെ ചെയ്യും.
അലക്സാണ്ടര്‍ ഭാരതത്തെ ആക്രമിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ ശക്തമായി ഭാരതീയര്‍ തിരിച്ചടിച്ചു. കീഴ്പ്പെടുത്തിയ ദേശം ഭാരതീയര്‍ക്കുതന്നെ കൊടുത്ത് അലക്സാണ്ടര്‍ തിരിച്ചു യാത്രയായി. ശേഷിക്കുന്ന യവനര്‍ ഭാരതസംസ്കൃതിയോട് ചേര്‍ത്തു. ഭാരതത്തെ ആക്രമിച്ച മധ്യേഷ്യയിലെ ശാകന്മാര്‍ ഭാരതത്തിലിഴുകി ചേര്‍ന്നു.
ഡെമട്രിയാസ് എന്ന ഗ്രീക്ക് രാജാവ് ഭാരതത്തെ ആക്രമിച്ച് മുമ്പോട്ട് നീങ്ങിയെങ്കിലും ദാത്താമിത്രന്‍ എന്ന പേരില്‍ ഭാരതീയനായി ജീവിച്ച്, ഭാരതീയസംസ്കൃതി സ്വീകരിച്ച്, ഇവിടെ തന്നെ മരിച്ചു.
വിദേശിയായ അലക്സാണ്ടറെപ്പോലെ ഭാരതത്തെ ആക്രമിക്കാന്‍ വന്നവരെ എതിര്‍ക്കാന്‍ ചന്ദ്രഗുപ്തമൗര്യനെപ്പോലുള്ള രാജാക്കന്മാരെ ചാണക്യനിലൂടെ ഭാരതം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു. ചൈനയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഭാരതത്തെ ആക്രമിച്ച് കയറിയ കുഷാനന്മാരോട് പോരാടാന്‍ കനിഷ്ക്കനെപോലുള്ള ഭരണാധികാരികളെ ഈ പുണ്യഭൂമി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു.
ഇസ്ലാം മതം, വാള്‍മുനയിലൂടെ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ വന്ന ഉബൈദുള്ളയെ 711 AD യില്‍ പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തി തിരിച്ചയച്ചു. അതി ശക്തമായ പ്രതിരോധനിരയിലൂടെ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ ബിന്‍ കാസിമിന്റെ സൈന്യത്തെ ഭാരതീയര്‍ പിന്‍തിരിച്ചു . ക്രൂരനായ ഗസ്നിയുടെ ആക്രമണത്തിന്റെ തിക്തഫലങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും നാം പാഠം പഠിച്ചു മുമ്പോട്ട്‌ പോയി. ഗസ്നിയുടെ പരമ്പരകള്‍ പരസ്പ്പരം പടവെട്ടിയും,ചത്തും, കൊന്നും കുറച്ചുകാലമേ ഭാരതത്തില്‍ നിലനിന്നുള്ളൂ .
ഗോറിയെ തടുത്തുനിര്‍ത്താന്‍ഭാരതീയര്‍ക്ക് കുറേയൊക്കെ സാധിച്ചു. അന്ത്യത്തില്‍ ഇവിടെ വെച്ച് തന്നെ അയാള്‍ അന്ത്യംകൊണ്ടു. ചതിയും വഞ്ചനയും ജീവിത ചര്യയാക്കിയ മുസ്ലീം ഭരണാധികാരി ബെഹ്റം ഷാ യെ ഭാരതീയ മുസ്ലീമുകള്‍ തന്നെ കൊന്നു. കിരാത വാഴ്ചനടത്തിയ ഗിയാസുദ്ദീന്‍ ബല്‍ബനെ അയാളുടെ പതിനിധി തുഗ്രല്‍ ഖാന്‍ തന്നെ ഭാരതത്തില്‍ വെച്ച് ചതിച്ചു കൊന്നു.
ഇക്കാലത്ത് ഭാരതാതിര്‍ത്തി കടന്നുവന്ന മംഗോളിയരെ മുസ്ലീങ്ങള്‍ തന്നെ തുരത്തിയില്ലാതാക്കി. ശത്രുവിനെ ശത്രുക്കള്‍തന്നെ നശിപ്പിച്ചു. ഭാരതം ഭരിച്ച ക്രൂരനായ ജലാലുദ്ദീന്‍ ഖില്‍ജിയെ അയാളുടെ മരുമകന്‍ തന്നെ കൊന്നു. കംസനെ കൃഷ്ണന്‍ വധിച്ചതുപോലെ.
ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യ വരെ ചോരപ്രളയം സൃഷ്ടിച്ച മല്ലിക് കഫുറിനെ അയാളുടെ തന്നെ സൈന്യം പിച്ചിചീന്തി തലതട്ടി തെറുപ്പിച്ചു. മറ്റൊരു നീചനായ മുബാറക് ഷാ തന്‍റെ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങള്‍ ചതിക്കുമോ എന്ന് ഭയന്ന് അവരെയെല്ലാം കൊന്നു. ഏറ്റവും പ്രീയ സുഹൃത്തും ക്രൂരനുമായ ഖുസ്രാവ് ഷായുടെ കൈകൊണ്ട് തലയറുക്കപ്പെട്ട് പുല്‍മെടയില്‍ തട്ടിത്തെറിച്ചു വീണു. ക്രൂരനായ ഈ ഖുസ്രാവ് ഷായെ മുസ്ലീം ബന്ധുക്കള്‍ പതിയിരുന്ന് ചതിച്ചുകൊന്നു.
ഹൈന്ദവ രക്തത്തില്‍ നിത്യവും കുളിച്ചാനന്ദിച്ച ഗിയാസുദ്ദീന്‍ തുഗ്ലക്കിനെ ആനകളെക്കൊണ്ട് ചവിട്ടി കൊല്ലിച്ചത് സ്വന്തം മകനായിരുന്നു. മുഹമ്മദ്‌ ബിന്‍ തുഗ്ലക്ക് എന്ന ഭരണാധികാരിയെ, ഭ്രാന്തനായി മുദ്രകുത്തി മുസ്ലീം രാജാക്കന്മാര്‍തന്നെ അയാള്‍ക്കെതിരെ യുദ്ധംചെയ്തുകൊന്നു.
ഇബ്രാഹിം ലോഡിക്കെതിരെ, ബാബറെ ക്ഷണിച്ചത് മറ്റൊരു മുസ്ലീം രാജാവായ ഇബ്രാഹിം ഖാന്‍ ആയിരുന്നു. ബാബറിനെതിരെ ഹിന്ദു രാജാവായ റാണാസംഗയെ സഹായിച്ചത് ഭാരതീയമുസ്ലീം രാജാക്കന്മാര്‍ ആയിരുന്നു. അക്ബറിനെതിരെ പൊരുതാന്‍ റാണാ പ്രതാപസിംഹന് ഭാരതം ജന്മം നല്‍കി. തന്‍റെ പിതാവ് ജഹാംഗീറിന്‍റെയും സഹോദരന്മാരുടേയും കണ്ണുകുത്തിപ്പൊട്ടിച്ച 'പ്രേമത്തിന്റെ മൂര്‍ത്തിമത്ഭാവ' മായ ഷാജഹാനെ, പ്രകൃതിനിയമം പോലെ മകന്‍ ദാര തടവിലാക്കി ശ്വാസം മുട്ടിച്ചു കൊന്നു.
ക്രസ്തവമതം പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കാനും, ഭാരതത്തെ കൊള്ളയടിക്കാനും വന്ന പോര്‍ച്ചുഗീസുകാരെ കൊള്ളയടിക്കാരായ മുഗളന്മാര്‍ ഷാജഹാന്‍റെ നേതൃത്ത്വത്തില്‍ തന്നെയാണ് യുദ്ധത്തിലൂടെ നേരിട്ടത്. ഷാജഹാന്‍റെ പുത്രന്മാര്‍ ദാരയും ഔറംഗസീബും പരസ്പരം യുദ്ധം ചെയ്തു. കൊള്ളക്കാര്‍ പരസ്പ്പരം യുദ്ധംചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍, മഹാരാജാ ജസ്വന്ത് സിങ്ങ് അവരെ സഹായിച്ചു. അടിച്ച് മരിച്ചുകൊള്ളാന്‍ സഹായിച്ചു.
ഔറംഗസീബിനെ കുറേയൊക്കെ തളക്കാന്‍ ശിവജിക്ക് സാധിച്ചു. മുസ്ലീം ഭരണം അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ പ്രകൃതിനിശ്ചയിച്ചത് ബ്രിട്ടീഷ്‌കാരെ ആയിരുന്നു. ബ്രിട്ടീഷ്‌കാരതു ചെയ്തു. കള്ളന്മാരെ കള്ളന്മാര്‍തന്നെ ഭാരതത്തില്‍ തടഞ്ഞു.
മുസ്ലീം ശക്തികള്‍ക്കെതിരെ വിജയനഗര സാമ്രാജ്യവും, മറാത്താ ശക്തിയും സിഖ് ചൈതന്യവുമുണര്‍ന്നു. ഭക്തിപ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിലൂടെ ഭാരതത്തിന്‍റെ ആത്മീയതയും പ്രഭാപൂരിതമായി. മതംമാറ്റാനും ഭാരതത്തെ ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യാനും വന്ന പോര്‍ച്ചുഗീസുകാര്‍ക്കെതിരെ പിന്നീട് അതേ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഇവിടെ വന്ന ഡച്ചുകാര്‍ തിരിഞ്ഞു.പോര്‍ച്ചുഗീസ് ശക്തിയേയും ഡച്ച് ശക്തിയേയും ഒതുക്കാന്‍ ഫ്രാന്‍സുകാരെത്തി മൂന്നുപേരെയും ഒതുക്കാന്‍ ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്കാരുമെത്തി.
ഭാരതത്തെ അടിമുടി ചൂഷണം ചെയ്യാന്‍ വന്ന ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്കാര്‍ അതു കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ചെയ്തതോടൊപ്പം ഭാരതത്തെ ലോകത്തിനു മുമ്പിലും ലോകത്തെ ഭാരതത്തിനു മുമ്പിലും അവതരിപ്പിക്കുക എന്ന സത്കര്‍മ്മവും ചെയ്തു. അവര്‍ ആധുനിക ശാസ്ത്ര സാങ്കേതിക മണ്ഡലങ്ങളും ലോക ഭാഷയും ഇന്ത്യക്കാരിലെത്തിച്ചു.
അതിശക്തരായ ഇംഗ്ലീഷുകാരെ തളക്കാന്‍ ഭാരതത്തില്‍ അനവധി വീരശൂരപരാക്രമികള്‍ ജന്മമെടുത്തു.സത്യത്തിന്‍റേയും, അഹിംസയുടേയും ധര്‍മ്മമുപയോഗിച്ച് ഭാരതം ഇംഗ്ലീഷുകാരുടെ ഭരണമവസാനിപ്പിച്ചു. ആയുധമെടുക്കാതെ ആരേയും ദ്രോഹിക്കാതെ നാം സ്വതന്ത്രരായി. അടിച്ചമര്‍ത്തലുകളേയും അടങ്ങാത്ത ക്രിസ്ത്യന്‍ ക്രൂരതകളേയും നാം അഹിംസയും ആത്മീയതയും കൊണ്ട് നേരിട്ടു.
അകത്തുനിന്നും പുറത്തുനിന്നും അധാര്‍മ്മിക അനുഭവങ്ങള്‍ ഒന്നിനു പിറകേ മറ്റൊന്നായി ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടും ഭാരതവും, സനാതനധര്‍മ്മവും, ഭാരതീയ സംസ്കൃതിയും ഇന്നും ജീവിക്കുന്നു. ചൈതന്യവത്തായി പ്രഭാപൂരിതമായി..
ഈ നാട്, 'എന്‍റെ ഭാരതം' ജീവിക്കുന്നു. ഒരു പുനര്‍ജന്മം പോലെ.

Why Staying organized helps?
 

 
Staying organized has many advantages in terms of having more time for yourself and family; in terms of saving money; peace of mind, better health, balanced life and improved professional/Social life.

 
Below are some considerations on how to be more Organized and consequently get the benefits mentioned above.

 

 
How to stay organized?

 
1.     Use files or folders to place all your Personal documents. Segregate your documents and place different kind of documents in different files. For example utility bills, educational documents and purchase receipts to be placed in three different files. If you want you can scan (or take a picture from your mobile) and put it in your email for quick reference. Make sure your password is safe! Advantage: Saves time and avoid stress to find the relevant document.

2.    Differentiate between urgent and important tasks. Important tasks sooner or later will come out to be either very fruitful (if you have given them proper attention) or would be a complete disaster (if you have avoided them). Advantage: Attending Urgent tasks in timely manner will ensure healthy outcome in terms of family, personal, financial or professional life. 

3.    You need to closely observe your Time stealers. the routine tasks which takes away a lot of time but do not produce real good results should be optimized. Advantage: You will have more control on your time and arrange it for family self matters.

4.    Place your things at right locations. Allocate proper drawers, boxes, cabinets, Files, balcony for accessories. Advantage: you don't have to waste your time when you need something.

5.    Google Calendar is a great service which sends you email and SMS for any event which you store in your online Calendar. You can set reminders for next car service, tires replacement, remembering birthdays anniversaries and so on. Advantage: you will save money by avoiding disasters (car malfunctioning etc), you will have healthy family relations (birthdays etc)

6.    Make a to-do list. Maintain it on daily/weekly basis. Use 'post-it' notes for shopping list. Advantage: Critical tasks will not be missed. Unnecessary market revisits will be avoided.

7.    If you are Muslim, your Prayers timings can make you punctual and give you the convenience to organize a lot of events in-between two prayers. You can become a role model for others by being organized this way.

Chennai-born Sundar Pichai named new CEO of restructured Google :- In a significant restructuring at Google, India-born Sundar Pichai has been named the new CEO of the technology giant as the company co-founder Larry Page on Tuesday announced the formation of a new umbrella firm Alphabet, of which Google will be a part.

Page, in a blog post, announced the formation of the new parent company Alphabet, of which he will be the CEO and Google co-founder Sergey Brin will be its President.

 
Chennai-born Pichai, 43, has been named CEO of the new Google, which Page said will be a "a bit slimmed down."

 
"Our company is operating well today, but we think we can make it cleaner and more accountable. So we are creating a new company, called Alphabet. I am really excited to be running Alphabet as CEO with help from my capable partner, Sergey, as President," Page said.
