ഇതുപോലെ തന്നെ bajaj alliance ല്‍ എനിക്കുണ്ടായ ഒരനുഭവം ഇവിടെ പറയുന്നു. 2008 ല്‍ എന്റെ അയല്‍വാസിയായ ഒരു പെണ്‍കുട്ടിക്ക് ഒരു ജോലി ശരിയായിക്കിട്ടാന്‍ കുറച്ചു deposit ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊടുക്കണം എന്നുപറഞ്ഞു എന്നെകൊണ്ട്‌ ഒരു പോളിസി എടുപ്പിച്ചു .വര്‍ഷം 25000/- രൂപ വീതം 3 വര്‍ഷം
അടച്ചിട്ടു(മൊത്തം 75000 രൂപ ) ആകെ 5 വര്‍ഷത്തേക്ക് ( പോളിസി തുടങ്ങിയ വര്‍ഷം മുതല്‍ ) ഈ തുക എടുക്കാതിരുന്നാല്‍ 5 വര്‍ഷം കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയും അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു . ഞാന്‍ തിരിച്ചു വന്നതിനു ശേഷമാണ് അവര്‍ ഇതിന്‍റെ സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് വീട്ടിലേക്കു അയച്ചുകൊടുത്തത് . അതില്‍ അവര്‍ എഴുതി വച്ചിരുന്നത് നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഞങ്ങളുടെ terms ഇഷ്ടമായില്ലെങ്കില്‍ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഇത് cancel ചെയ്താല്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ അടച്ച തുക തിരിച്ചു തരും എന്നായിരുന്നു. അന്ന് ഇതില്‍ അപകടം ഒന്നും കാണാതിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് അങ്ങനെയൊന്നു ചെയ്തില്ല .കഴിഞ്ഞ സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ (2012) ല്‍ ഞാന്‍ bajaj alliance ഓഫീസില്‍ പോയിട്ട് എന്റെ പോളിസി surrender ചെയ്യുന്നതിനെപറ്റി സംസാരിച്ചപ്പോളാണ് എനിക്കുപറ്റിയ അമളി മനസ്സിലായത്‌ . അവര്‍ പറഞ്ഞത് ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഈ പോളിസിയുടെ വാല്യു 71000 രൂപയാണെന്നും ഇതിപ്പോള്‍ ക്യാന്‍സല്‍ ചെയ്താല്‍ 12000 രൂപ ഇനിയും കുറയും എന്നുമാണ് .75000 രൂപ അടച്ചു 4 വര്‍ഷം കാത്തിരുന്ന എനിക്കുണ്ടായ നഷ്ടം 16000 രൂപ. ഇതേ തുക ബാങ്കില്‍ deposit ചെയ്തിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ ഈ 4 വര്‍ഷം കൊണ്ട് മോശമല്ലാത്ത ഒരു തുക എനിക്ക് പലിശയായി കിട്ടുമായിരുന്നു ഇതിപ്പോള്‍ അടിയുംകൊണ്ടു പുളിയും കുടിച്ചു എന്നുള്ള ഗതിയായി.എങ്ങനെയുണ്ട് New Generation Insurance കമ്പനികള്‍ ? ഇതുപോലെയുള്ള അബദ്ധങ്ങള്‍ മറ്റുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് ഉണ്ടാകരുതെന്നുള്ള ആഗ്രഹം കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇതിവിടെ എഴുതിയത്. new generation insurance company കളെ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും വിശ്വസിക്കരുത്. അത് ഏതെങ്കിലും ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ പേരില്‍ ഉള്ളതാണെങ്കിലും ബാങ്ക് ഇല്ലാത്തവരുടെതാനെങ്കിലും എല്ലാവരുടെയും ഉദ്ദേശം ഒന്ന് തന്നെ. ഇത് വായിക്കുന്നവര്‍ നിങ്ങള്‍ അറിയുന്നവരും നിങ്ങളെ അറിയുന്നവരും ആയിട്ടുള്ള എല്ലാവരോടും ഇതേപറ്റി പറഞ്ഞ് അവര്‍ക്കെങ്കിലും ഭാവിയില്‍ ഉണ്ടാകാന്‍ സാധ്യതയുള്ള ഒരു നഷ്ടം ഒഴിവാക്കി കൊടുത്തുകൂടെ?

I invested Rs 3,00,000 in Bajaja Aalliance in 2006 and waited for three mandatory waiting years.
On the due date they advised me that the market is very bad the index is below15K and wait for 2 more yrs.
I was afool.
I must have accepted the minimun gaurantee of 86% on that day.
In 2008 when I approached them, they invited me with a smile.The GM offered a seat in his cabin and a cup of Coffee too.
I was very happy, that this gentle man is going to offer some amazing figs.
With a smile he toold Dr if you close it today as per morning
closing you may get around 88% all inclusive but not sure of Afternoon 3.00 pm results .
I told it is alright freeze it at 88% and close the proceedings.
next day there was an sms stating the rewardfor waitng for full 5 yrs was the same 86%.
Plz tell me, my friends whois clever.???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I decided to park my funds in S/B acconut and not even in short term FDs .
