Dear Masvlcy, 

 Your observation in this matter is appreciable. it is necessary to make a strong law to prevent the corruption, but unfortunately the british people did not made like a law in the constitution of India when they were ruled our country ( most of our laws are the copy of british laws) . As well as there is no chance to make such law  presently in india since he power of legislate the laws is in hands of the same people as you called as thiefs and looters. Our court has to do nothing but to implement the laws what have been made. 

So believe in fate.

Dear Bala,

 
I salute you. I am thinking and writing wherever i can about these changes urgently required in Indian politics. Below are them what is in my mind.

 
1. A man only stand as candidate maximum 2 times in life, whether he win or loss, despite of his party. Either to parliament or to assembly he must be banned after two times try.

 
2. All govt service there is a pension age but for politicians there is no pension age. any minister can stay as minister or MLA / MP until his death. Some of them cannot stand himself own their legs. ages are 80 or above. If they cannot manage their body how they control the state / nation. Bull ship. Pension age for politicians must be fixed to 55 as government employees.

 
3. Minimum educational qualification for a candidate must be fixed to a master degree in any discipline. Somebody cannot read and write winning in election and they saying in public what their secretaries said to them.

 
4. All kind of illegal earnings made ministers / MLAs / MPs have to get punishment double or trible than normal people. Court must take action on such cases and he cannot participate in any election in his life.

 
If our court have courage atleast to establish these rules, I hope none there will be from current politicians to participate in next election.

 
There are many points, and these are a few only.

 
WE WANT A 2ND INDEPENDENCE WAR NOT TO ESCAPE FROM FOREIGNERS BUT TO ESCAPE FROM CURRENT POLITICAL SYSTEM.

 
NOTE: WHEN OUR SONIYA GANDI CAME TO INDIA SHE WAS A WAITER IN A CAFETERIA IN ENGLAND, BUT NOW SHE IS THE 3RD RICHEST PERSON IN INDIA. ALL THESE NOT HER MONEY OR NOT SHE BROUGHT FROM ITALY BUT IT IS OF THE POOR PEOPLE IN INDIA AND LOOTED BY HERSELF. FIRST OF THIS YEAR SHE WENT TO USA AS SAID TO TREAT HER CANCER BUT ALL KNOW THAT SHE WENT TO TRANSFER THE MONEY IN HER ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER PERSON NAME. ALL POLITICIANS ARE SAME SO NONE SAID ABOUT THAT.

 
INDIA STILL STAYING IN THIS CONDITION BECAUSE OF LOOTING OF THESE POLITICIANS OTHER WISE INDIA MAY BE NOW RICHEST COUNTRY IN THIS WORLD.

 
​LET US THINK WHAT WE CAN DO TO STOP THIS AND TO CHANGE OUR INDIA.​

Hi,
I said almost all and not all.  People have to stand up to such assaults.  It has happened to me and mercifully I was not a Govt. Officer.  What happened to
that Lady, she became Chennai Commisioner isn't it inspite of the transfer order.  So, honest officers will always stand up.  The corrupt ones will not and
cannot but can only curry favour. By saying this is the condition you have resigned to the fate.  Are you also a Govt. Officer.  I have a strong feeling you are one.

Mr. N.R,
Like in any Govt Dept there are in Customs too corrupt officials. But Not all the Customs officials are corrupt.
In 1992/93 one lady IRS officer  who was in charge of Chennai Airport when on duty, One MP and his PA came 
 to Airport to take his flight to Delhi. As per the protocol she received him put him in VIP room and kept a P>O.( Preventive officer) to attend. Since She has to attend an international flight she went for that. The MP N His PA insisted her presence till their departure but she politely refused sighting the arrival of an international flight. The PA spoke in bad language and within 5 to 6 hrs of their landing in Delhi the Commissioner of Customs chennai received a fax message. It was her transfer to central excise the next day. She was carrying 5 months( Pregnent). she is an honest officer and today she is the Commissioner of Customs Chennai. 
This is the reason the IRS many a time crawl and not they have   anything to hide.
Why, In chennai I have seen boys of 20 + telling the police that he is the son of a counciller or an MLA and the police let him go. for the Police know that what will be his fate if he is strict. This is the condition prevailing in our country today.
