Pls get the Airway bill number from whom you have handed over your cargo.

If you get the airway bill number , it will be easy to track your cargo online immediately.

So, first get the airway bill number from the forwarder immediately to proceed further action.

2) No of pkgs/contents and wt etc.

3) is the cargo to move to the destination by air/ or sea if an international cargo or by road if u have sent from near countries like Bangaladesh/Pakisthan/ nepal etc.

4) What is This ABC CARGO you talk about. Who are they

5) Are they accredited memeber of any mode of transport. or just booking agents

6) and Finally what is the document you are holding to establish that you have sent a cargo

Dear Members,
 

Please advise that I have sent cargo by ABC cargo to India Rajasthan on 23-09-2012 and up to now there is no delivery. Whenever I visit them I was told by them that before cargo was In Mumbai and now in Kerala. It will reach to your place within 15 days. And before they promise that it will reach within 40 days. And every time I was told by them that it will reach after 15 days. Now around 4 months but the cargo still not reach.

Please guide me what to do.
