HOTELS, BAKERIES AND "SHAVARMA"

It took the death by food poisoning of a young boy to open the eyes of "food inspectors" and the authorities in general to take "action".

Many hotels are being "closed" many others served notices and there is a general sense action and activities.

For how long? God alone knows. And the very same closed hotels and bakeries will be back to do roaring business with more poisoned fares, you bet, and shortly.

To site a few examples of rampant food poisoning that is going on and on without any one taking any "action":-

• Fish. the fish that is caught is immersed or mixed with various poisons to keep them (preserve them for days together). The digestive and all other systems of the consumer is slowly and surely being "preserved" too. CANCER, CIRRHOSIS AND ALL TYPES OF DIGESTIVE COMPLAINTS will come, but slowly and at later stage. 
  
• Milk. Water in milk is no longer the only diluent. So many types of mixtures are being used, and tapioca paste, lime and earth worm and a host of materials are being used to poison and cheat.
  
• Meat. Beef, chicken, duck name any and all are pumped full of poisons as preservatives, weight enhancers etc. And we can see walking examples of obese children and many adults due to the steroid being used to fatten the chicken. Palming off dead birds to hotels and bakeries are rampant and many of the "thattukada" fries these rotten chicken to tasty crispness!!! Rodents and dogs are seen side by side with the customers in these places at night. 
  
• But for a few hotels, the standard of cleanliness of the premises, food preparation and keeping areas and hygiene of the food handlers are simply NON-EXISTENT. 
  
• Fruits. Fruits too are "colored", preserved and injected with poisonous agents and ripened using chemicals harmful to humans, ESPECIALLY children.
  

If we were to take each and every item of food we consume, from the stage of cultivation till consumption it is a series of poisoning of the consumer.

And interestingly, the food inspectors, the police and the politicians and other officials too get this poison in their food. And for that privilege they are being bribed, and they are happy with that!
