I think this is the only one solution to save the people from "Mullapperiyar Tragedy",
slowly make down the water level.our polititions include the ruling people never do anything in this matter,, even something happen in the Mullaperiyar, it will not effect them cz most of them living in Thiruvananthapuram....and all of them dont have a "BACK BORN". The leaders from other states getting everything from the central government whatever they need. just read the statement from our prime minister..."dont be sensational in this matter"
I think he like to visit Kerala to see the dead bodies of poor kerala people,and he is sure tht he will not going to lose anything....

Mr. ജേക്കബ്‌ ജോസെഫിന്റെ നിര്‍ദേശങ്ങള്‍ കൊള്ളാം. ഡാം പൊട്ടിയാല്‍ നമ്മള്‍ക് ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാന്‍ പറ്റില്ല. നിമിഷ നേരം കൊണ്ട് വെള്ളം സംഹാര താന്ധവമാടികൊണ്ട് നാശം വാരി വിതറും, ആറ്റം ബോംബിന്റെ പതിന്മടങ്ങ്‌ ശക്തിയില്‍. ഉടനെ ഒരു കാര്യമേ ചെയ്യാനുള്ളൂ. വെള്ളം കുറേശ്ശെയായി തുറന്നു വിട്ടുകൊണ്ട് ഡാം കാലിയാക്കുക. ഹര്‍ത്താലും ധര്‍ണയും പിന്നെയുമാകാമല്ലോ.

മുല്ലപ്പെരിയാറില്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ വേണ്ടത്‌ പുതിയ ഡാമും, ചര്‍ച്ചയും ഒന്നുമല്ല. അതൊക്കെ നടന്നോട്ടെ, ഒരു വഴിക്ക്.
1. അടിയന്തിരമായി ജലനിരപ്പ്‌ താഴ്ത്തുക.
2. ഡാം പൊട്ടിയാല്‍ ജനങ്ങളെ അറിയിക്കാന്‍ സൈറന്‍ മുതലായവ ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തുക.
3. അത്യാഹിതം സംഭവിച്ചാല്‍ രക്ഷപെടുവാനുള്ള വഴികള്‍ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ മനസ്സിലാക്കി കൊടുക്കുക.
4. ഡാം പൊട്ടിയാല്‍ 100-200 മീറ്റര്‍ മല കയറിയാല്‍ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷം പേര്‍ക്കും രക്ഷപെടാനാകും. സമയമാണ് പ്രശ്നം. എല്ലാവരെയും അത്യാഹിതം അപ്പോള്‍ തന്നെ അറിയിക്കുവാന്‍ ആവതെല്ലാം ചെയണം.
5. ഡാമിനു വളരെയടുത്തുള്ളവരും താഴെയുള്ളവരും ഉള്ളവര്‍ എത്രയും വേഗം മാറി താമസിക്കുക.
6. ഇത്രയും കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ചെയാന്‍ നമ്മുടെ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് പലവിധ പരിമിതികളും ഉണ്ട്.
7. ജനങ്ങള്‍ സ്വയം സഹായ്യിക്കുക
രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാര്‍ട്ടികള്‍ കൂനിമേല്‍ കുരുവെന്ന പോലെ, ഇടുക്കിയില്‍ ഹര്‍ത്താലും പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇടുക്കിയില്‍ ഹര്‍ത്താല്‍ നടത്തിയാല്‍ പേടിച്ചു ഭൂകമ്പം പിന്മാറുമോ? ആര്‍ക്കെതിരെ ആണ് ഇടുക്കിയില്‍ ഹര്‍ത്താല്‍? മുങ്ങി ചാവാന്‍ പോകുന്ന ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരെയോ? ഡാം പൊട്ടിയാല്‍ വണ്ടി വിളിച്ചു ഒരാള്‍ രക്ഷപെടാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചാല്‍ പോലും രെക്ഷപെടാന്‍ സമ്മതിക്കില്ല എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു.
ഈ ഇമെയില്‍ വായിക്കുന്ന ആര്‍ക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ കാര്യത്തില്‍ എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയാന്‍ സാധിക്കുമെങ്കില്‍ ദയവായി സഹായിക്കണം.
