Not much different in chennai too. While the tamilans spend the time in discussing about the future of all K partys /the innocent killing of tamilaians in Srilanka and the status of tamil language etc and what not, Biharis/nepalis/assameese are now reign in Construction field both private and public and also tea shops which was once in the hands of malayalees.Malayalees attitude and aptitude will never change. That is their strength and also weakness. or other word the asset and the liability

Dear Raj,

You are absolutely right. Kerala is gulf for Biharis, Orisa, Assam, bangalis etc, as they are earning in Kerala more than a local labor gets in Gulf.

As per the present manpower agency scenario that they are not able to find / recruit any workers catagery in Northern Part, as they are focusing to work in Kerala.

In the same time, you can find many keralates working as labor / ofce boy / cleaner etc with very law package in Gulf. Those people can make more money than gulf, if they do the same jobs in kerala. BUT...they looks for their status and spoil their entire life in Gulf.

The below survey report absolutely bulshit. as per Jinto P Cheriyan said "ചുക്കിനും ചുണ്ണാമ്പിനും കൊള്ളാത്ത ചിലര്‍ മാത്രമേ ഇപ്പോള്‍ തൊഴിലൊന്നുമില്ലാതെ നില്‍ക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ"

17000ത്തിൽ പരം കോടിയിലധികമാണ് കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നും മറ്റ് സംസ്ഥനക്കാർ കൊണ്ട് (ഗുജറത്തിലുള്ളവർ അടക്കം) പോകുന്നത് എന്നതാണു കണക്ക്! ആയിരക്കണക്കിനു ഹെക്റ്റർ ഭൂമി തരിശ്ശിട്ടിരിക്കുകയും ആണ്. കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമുള്ള മാംസം വരുന്നത് മറ്റു സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നാണ്...ഇവിടെ തൊഴിൽ ഇല്ലായ്മ എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞുകൂടാ, വൈറ്റ് കോളർ ജോബ് ന്റെ കുറവ് എന്നു വേണമെങ്കിൽ പറയാം, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസപരമായും മറ്റും ഗുജ്ജറാത്തിനേക്കാളും മറ്റും ഏറെ മുന്നിലായ കേരളീയർ മേത്ത് മണ്ണു പറ്റുന്ന ജോലി സ്റ്റാറ്റസിനു കുറവായി കാണന്നു എന്നതാണു കുഴപ്പം. അതിപ്പോ ഗുജറാത്ത് പോലുള്ള ഒരു സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ മേനമയായി കാണുന്നതെങ്ങനെ എന്നൗ മനസ്സിലാകുന്നില്ല.

കഷ്ടം എന്നല്ലാതെ എന്ത് പറയാന്‍!!,!! അമിതമായ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് അഭിനിവേശം അതേ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ യാഥാര്‍ത്ഥ കണക്കുകളെയും അന്ഗീകരിക്കില്ല എന്നവാശിയില്‍ തന്നെയാണ് ചിലരെങ്കിലും!!

പിന്നെ, എന്താണാവോ കൃത്യം കണക്കുകള്‍!!, നമുക്കെവിടെനിന്നും അത് കിട്ടും?? വിശ്വസിക്കാം, പക്ഷെ അന്ധമാകരുത്!!!

കുരുടന്‍ ആനയെക്കണ്ടതു പോലെയുള്ള ഇത്തരം കണക്കുകളാണ്‌ സര്‍ക്കാരിനെ കുഴിയില്‍ ചാടിക്കുന്നത്. തൊഴിലിലില്ലായ്മ വേതനം കിട്ടാന്‍ ഒരു തൊഴിലും ചെയ്യാന്‍ താല്‍പര്യമില്ലാത്തവര്‍ എംപ്ലോയ്മെന്റ് എക്സ്ചേഞ്ചില്‍ പേരു രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ കണക്കാണിത്. ഇതിന്റെ സത്യാവസ്ഥ മനസിലാകിയാല്‍ എംപ്ലോയ്മെന്റ് എക്സ്ചേഞ്ച് എന്നൊരു വകുപ്പു തന്നെ നിര്‍ത്തേണ്ടി വരും എന്നതിനാല്‍ 45 ലക്ഷത്തിന്റെ കണക്ക് ലോകാവസാനം വരെ പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കും ചുക്കിനും ചുണ്ണാമ്പിനും കൊള്ളാത്ത ചിലര്‍ മാത്രമേ ഇപ്പോള്‍ തൊഴിലൊന്നുമില്ലാതെ നില്‍ക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ
