Good idea, but it will not work in Kerala. In my childhood, in our area, a few ex service men from Second world war started a bus service; every employee was a share holder. It ran for about 10 years and the society was wound up and buses sold as scrap. The same fate will happen if the employees are made to run KSRTC.

Dear friends,
I feel this transport company should go public with all drivers and employees as share holders ( use their salary and credit convert to shares) give them to run it. Government should not spent any more money in this account. If all the employees work hard, it will turn loss to profit. At least government save crores of rupees spending every month.
