there are lot ways to run ksrtc a profitable one.  no body wants to do it. everybody wants to loot maximum from this corp. most of the conductors and drivers are rogue when they are dealing with the commuters.  once you board in ksrtc most of them will not board it again.  dedication should be there for the job. you can see in the bustand people will not know where the bus is parked, when the bus will start.  driver will come in the parked vehicle, you can see within a span of time bus will disappear from the bustand.  for whom the bus is running for the sake of drivers and conductors or the people.  change the attitude of conductors and drivers and come down to earth definitely they make profit.

പിന്നെ മറ്റൊരു പ്രധാന കുഴപ്പം അശ്രദ്ധമായി വാഹനമോടിക്കുന്ന ഡ്രൈവര്‍മാരാണ്. മിക്കപ്പോഴും ഗിയര്‍ മാറുന്നത് ക്ലച്ചുപോലും ചവിട്ടാതെയാണ്.

ഇപ്പോഴുത്തെ നിരക്കുപോലും ആളുകള്‍ക്ക് താങ്ങാവുന്നതിലും വളരെ മുകളിലാണ്. അപ്പോള്‍ ചാര്‍ജു വര്‍ധന ഒരു പോംവഴിയല്ല.

KSRTC യുടെ കീഴിലുള്ള സ്ഥലങ്ങള്‍ പരമാവധി ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തി അതില്‍ നിന്നും ലാഭമുണ്ടാക്കി ഈ നഷ്ടം നികത്താനാകും. പരസ്യങ്ങളിലൂടെയും, വാടക ഇനങ്ങളായും വരുമാനമുണ്ടാക്കണം. 

പാര്‍ട്ടി ഏതുമാകട്ടെ ശ്രീ ഗണേഷ്കുമാര്‍ മാത്രമാണ് കുറെയെങ്കിലും ഇതിനെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചത്.
