Dear all,
While going through the various mails on the strikes being conducted by the State government employees it is seen that not even a single person had written in favor of strike rather all are opposed to it. If we people wake up against these types of strikes in unison such strikes might had been a past history. But the problem in uniting the mass is due to the alleged political bindings of each one of us. Our young generation is also not an exception to this political bindings and that is the reason we cannot see a united attempt to defeat such unwanted and untimely strikes being done for no reasons. Now the SSLC examinations are nearing and all the students who have to appear for the examination are badly affected due to this strikes. But who cares, neither the parents, teachers nor the students themselves are bothered. The students should have been more involved in studies this time, but in contrary SFI is supporting the strike. What can we expect more from them in future too. We are determined to be like this only, no other way at all.
Just be a spectator to all these dramas and statements of political leaders like donkeys and vote them to power time and again even though in rotation to both the Fronts.

This leftist are responsible for the disastours state of affairs whether social security/financial and or under developement of our God's own country.
No sensible management will invest in Kerala. To feed the vote bank no Govt will take stern action against any strike. The Ministers will say that they will take action . It is a storm in the tea cup.
Look at tamil nadu. Whether the state is under DMK or AIDMK who are arch rivals, when the interest of state comes all the MPs join together at Delhi.
One Mr Murthy of PMK was the minister for State in Rlyways when LAOO was the central railway minister. Even Laloo who is a good manipulator used to comment it seems that he is scared of this DHOTHI WALLA ( one who wear a vesti) since Murthy used to take away the major share to tamil nadu. That was the time we got palghat division divided and lost revanue. None of our Mps were bothered.
MR Maran started the ball rolling as far as automobile industry is concerned. You have in chennai around, all the big car manufactures. Do any body try a auto industry in our state.
On the other hand what ever we had, tehy will close down becos this trade union over activism

This is really ridiculous! The left parties cannot convince their arguments even to the kindergarten students! The strike by the government employees and teachers owing allegiance to the Left unions, in protest against the implementation of the contributory pension scheme for new recruits is utter nonsense and cannot be accepted by the general public. Government employees are still unhappy despite of spending 80.61 per cent of the state's revenue on salary and pension to them!
There should be a social audit on the performance of the government employees. Their political trade union activism must be banned. Government employees should realize that they are not masters of public; instead they must act as public servants. Their loyalty should not be to political parties. Govt. employees should strive to collect more revenue income which can be utilized for the development of the state and welfare of the people.
The Government employees should not forget that there are millions of unemployed youths are still seeking job in Kerala. Millions are working in aboard and sacrificing their life in order to cater their families. Govt. is struggling to provide pension for the poorest, aged and sick persons due to lack of funding. Still these greedy govt. employees need more and more!
Please remember that the general public of Kerala will react if you don't stop these types of absurd strikes.

ഈ തുകയ്ക്കു തത്തുല്യമോ കൂടുതലോ ആയ തുക മാസാമാസ്സം സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ആ പദ്ധതിയില്‍ നിക്ഷേപിക്കും.
ഇതിനാണു പങ്കാളിത്ത പെന്‍ഷന്‍ പദ്ധതി എന്നതു കൊണ്ടു ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്.
നിലവിലെ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെയും, പെന്‍ഷന്‍കാരേയും ബാധിക്കുന്നില്ലായെങ്കില്‍ , ഇവരെന്തിനാണു സമരം ചെയ്യുന്നത്?
അതീ 'കുരു' പൊട്ടിയവരോടു തന്നെ ചോദിക്കണം.
നോക്കുകൂലിയാശാന്മാര്‍ നിലവിലുള്ള ത്രിപുര, പശ്ചിമ ബംഗാള്‍ , കേരളം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില്‍ മാത്രമാണു ഇതിനെ എതിര്‍ക്കുന്നത്.
ഇവര്‍ക്കു പഠിപ്പും രണ്ടെല്ലും കൂടുതലാണെന്നു കരുതുന്നതിനാലാകുമെന്നു ഊഹിക്കേണ്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
നേട്ടങ്ങള്‍ :
1. തൊഴിലാളിക്കു വാര്‍ദ്ധക്യത്തില്‍ എത്ര തുക പെന്‍ഷന്‍ വേണമെന്നു തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ തന്നെ തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നു. നിലവിലെ 'ഇത്രയേ പെന്‍ഷന്‍ ലഭിക്കൂ' എന്ന സംവിധാനം ഇല്ലാതാകും.
2. ഇതേ പദ്ധതി സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയില്‍ കൂടി വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കുന്നതോടുകൂടി, സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സ്വകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ തമ്മിലുള്ള അസമത്വം പാടേ ഇല്ലാതാകും.
3. സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ പെന്‍ഷന്‍ ബാദ്ധ്യത കാലക്രമത്തില്‍ കുറഞ്ഞുവരുകയും, നികുതിയിനത്തില്‍ പിരിഞ്ഞു കിട്ടുന്ന തുക, വികസന പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ക്കുവേണ്ടി കൂടുതലായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാന്‍ കഴിയും.
മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും രാജ്യങ്ങളില്‍ ഈ പദ്ധതി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയിട്ടൂണ്ടോ?
ലോകത്തിലെ ഏതാണ്ടു 99% വികസിത ജനാധിപത്യ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലും സമാനതകളുള്ള സംവിധാനമാണു നിലവിലുള്ളത്.

The Govt. Servents (Including elected members) eat / swallow, approx. 80% of the total revenue (inform of salary, pension and other allowances).
In next few years the generated revenue will not be sufficient just to give salary to govt. employees.
Note that govt. corporates (KSRTC & KSEB) is also a part of this phenomenon.
Kindly note that the public (except govt. servents) are donkeys. Obviously I am also a part.
Even God will be helpless in this matter.

The scheme of participatory pension has been adopted in Central Government and in most of the other states in India. There was no opposition any where. Only the LDF employees of Kerala are opposing it. The interesting part of this agitation is that none of the persons agitating is affected by it and only future employees will be affected by it. It is not the interest of the future employees, these people have in mind but it is only a reason to agitate against the UDF government.
In this connection a statement by a Trivandrum resident is relevant. He said that though he does not like the LDF policies he voted for them in last elections for the reason that if LDF comes to power there will be less hartals and strikes as UDF does not go for hartals and agitations against LDF government frequently as the LDF ag against UDF government. Remember LDF is the only organisation in the world which declared a hartal/strike when Saddam Hussain was hanged; there was not even a protest in the birth place of Saddam. Also recollect the agitations they had against introduction of computers in offices; now the leaders of LDF cannot live without laptops.

ഇപ്പോള്‍ തന്നെ നാലു ശതമാനം വരുന്ന സര്‍കാര്‍ ജീവനകാരെ പോറ്റാന്‍ മൊത്തവരുമാനത്തിന്റെ 80 ശതമാനവും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ചിലവാകുന്നു.. ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ ഒരു പത്തു വര്ഷം മുന്‍പോട്ടു പോയാല്‍ ശമ്പളം പോലും സമയത്ത് കിട്ടാന്‍ ഉള്ള സാദ്യത വിരളം ഇല്ല, പിന്നെ അല്ലെ പെന്‍ഷന്‍.....
ഇത്തരം ഒരു അവസ്ഥയില്‍ ആണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പങ്കാളിത പെന്‍ഷന്‍ സ്കീം നടപ്പില്‍വരുത്താന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുനത് ഇതിനെ തടസപെടുതിയാല്‍ സര്‍കാര്‍ ജീവനകര്‍ തന്നെ അനുഭവിക്കും.
ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു സഹാജര്യത്തില്‍ ഈ സമരത്തെ അനുകൂലികുന്നവര്‍. എന്തുകൊണ്ട് എന്ന് ഒന്ന് , വിശതമാക്കാമോ ?
ഇപ്പോള്‍ 80% വരുമാനം സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഗജനവില്‍ നിന്നും കാര്‍ന്ന് തിന്ന് പൊതു ജനങ്ങളയും സ്വകാര്യ , പ്രവാസി മേഘലയില്‍ ജോലി എടുക്കുന്ന മറ്റു തൊഴിലാളികളെ മുണ്ട് പൊക്കി കാണിക്കുന്ന ഈ സമരകാരെ അനുകുലികുനതില്‌ എന്താണ് ഞായം ? അരിയും തിന്നു ആശാരിയേം കടിച്ചിട്ട്‌ പിന്നെയും പട്ടിക്ക് മുറുമുറുപ്പ് എന്നാ നയം അല്ലേ ഇത് ?
