Sri Mahalakshmi Temple, Goravanahalli, Karnataka..

The temple here is dedicated to goddess Mahalakshmi. It is believed that the idol of Shri Mahalakshmi is self originated. This unique and ancient temple attracts many a pilgrims. Special pooja's will be performed on Fridays. Free lunch is provided daily for the devotees.

May goddess Mahalakshmi bestow her grace with health,wealth and happiness.

Goravanahalli

By Bus: Goravanahalli is situated about 80 km from Bangalore, 30 km from Tumkur, and 25 km from Koratagere.

Goravanahalli is well connected by roads; KSRTC Buses (from bus station) and Private Buses (from Kalasipalyam) ply daily to Goravanahalli from Bangalore. One should take turn towards Goravanahalli at Dabaspet on Bangalore Tumkur road (highway). The temple can be visited throughout the year.

Nearest Rail: The nearest railway stations are Tumkur and Bangalore

Nearest Airport: Bangalore
