Varghese was killed for killing innocent people, but what the innocent people did to be killed.. If he was tried under the law, he would have spent a few years in Jail, boarding and lodging provided free by the State and would have come out to become a celebrity as Philip M Prasad and Ajita, the accomplices of Varghese in the killing are now. The butcher of Soumya, Govindchamy is now on a diet of Chicken Biriyani on State expense in the jail and will come out after a few years and he too will become a celebrity.
