Where there is no corruption. You visit any office in the Country they demand money. Now that Govt. staff
are getting good Salaries and Allowances they should not be indulging in Corruption not that they should have
done it earlier when Salaries were low. All Govt. employees must be trained in Customer Service.
Now a days in the garb of saving money many Govt. organisations outsource their work on Contract basis.
This is not required at all. Instead of employing jobless people Govt. Departments and Corporations
are indulging in outsourcing. The concerned take money from Contractors despite their high Salaries.
All these have negative effect on the Economy. Our Govt. employees have enjoyed enough Security without
doing any work. The Govt. should think in terms of taking stern action against erring employees including
dismissal from Service in the case of large scale corruption with a view to cleanse the pervading rot.
See what happened to 2G Scam people. They were in jail for sometime and now they are out. Instead
of sending them to jail, the money lost should have been forcily recovered from them with Penalty and interest
without waiting for legal niceties.
