Dear friends,

I need guideline /advise related with KSEB.

10 years back my Father signed an NOC for take an Electricity connection to our neighbor, who's home is behind our home.  My Father expired just before 9years and the plot with house is with my mother. We need to extent 2 rooms, which will come below the connected line is going to our neighbor.

Is it possible we can get withdrawn the NOC?, Expecting an expert guideline.
