What Are You Saying To Yourself Do you say nice things to yourself when you look in the mirror, or not so nice thing? Be honest What do you do ? How does it make you feel when you say things that aren't, nice about yourself?. How would you feel if someone else said that about you ? Would you say what you are thinking about yourself, to someone else about them? , then why would you do it to yourself. You know how it makes you feel. Really give this thought what is it that you say to yourself on a daily basis? Word are powerful and we must choose them, carefully and wisely, They truly create our reality.
