രണ്ട് വര്ഷം ഒരു കമ്പനിയില് ജോലി പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കിയാല് ലേബര് ബാന് ഉണ്ടാവുകയില് എന്നത് ശരിയാണ്. എന്നാല് മിനിമം ശമ്പളം 5000 ദിര്ഹം ഉള്ള ഒരു ജോലി കിട്ടിയാല് താങ്ങള്ക്ക് എസ് എസ് എല് സി സര്ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് അറ്റസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത് ഉണ്ടെങ്കില് രണ്ട് വര്ഷം പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കാതെ തന്നെ മറ്റൊരു ജോലിയില് പ്രവേശിക്കാം.

If a person completed 2 years in one Company, there will be no ban for him. He can join new company after cancelling previous visa an labour card. He can re-enter UAE immediate after exit.
Also if he has not completed 2 years, 6 months ban will be there which can be removed by paying extra fees.Ginu.
