It is an inevitable in one's life in different forms at various stages of life. It is very painful and emotional too. Many wounds arising in parting gets healed over period of time. Of course few will not get healed in life time too!! It is all easy to say and one will feel how difficult when one go through such pinching ones. Anyway it is better to get over quickly in the larger interest. Venting feeling are done many ways, generally ladies become emotional and shed tears. Gents many become overwhelmed and become tearful. One should try to come out of it quickly as one will lead of something else and it will have multiplying effect. This may end up in health issues as well. Best way is to divert your attention to chant whatever you like or listen to music etc as per your taste. Most important is to divert your mind set from the main event. These instances occur frequently on different context as one grows older and older. Further as one grows older, there are other factors come into play and make things from bad to worst. This could be due to one's dependence, retired life, losing life partner and many others. These are natural events that can't be stopped by us. One need to be aware of this fact and should overcome as quickly as possible. I am sharing this as a well-wisher and one have gone through multiple times in my life so far and not by any context on anyone. K.Raman.
