Kenya govt seeks yoga centre's help for food park project :- ( Patanjali Food Park is the worlds largest food park located at Haridwar ). Makes daily 100 tons of Aloe Vera Juice, Amla ( Nellikai ) candy , etc. 310 million herbal toothpaste per year.
The Kenyan government has sought the help of the Patanjali Yogpeeth centre here to help with the setting up of a food park in the African country, sources said today.
Sharing the news here, a senior functionary of the centre said that they had already given their consent to becoming a knowledge partner for the proposed food park at a meeting with Kenyan government official David Okeyo yesterday.
Upon receiving preliminary inputs from the Kenyan government, the centre's representatives would visit Kenya to join in the work on the project, he added.
The construction of the park started in February 2009 and was completed in less than a year. ( at Haridwar )
