IT HAS TO BE STOPPED BY RULES AND LAWS BY PENALIZING HARDLY AND LIFE BAN FROM POLITICS AND PUBLIC LIFE, AND GATHERING HIS WHOLE WEALTH TO GOVT. FOR THAT WE NEED A IMPARTIAL COURT AND JUDGES FIRST. IS IT THERE.
AN INDIAN CITIZEN ONLY CAN CANDIDATURE IN ELECTION ONLY FOR TWO TIMES IN HIS LIFE, WHETHER IT IS FOR PARLIAMENT OR ASSEMBLY, AND WIN OR LOSS.
ALL GO AND NGO HAVE PENSION TIME, BUT WHY POLITICIAN NOT HAVING PENSION TIME. IT HAS TO BE FIXED TO 55. NOBODY CAN BE ELECTED AFTER 55. THEY MAY CANNOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN BODY THEN HOW THEY WILL TAKE CARE ABOUT THE NATION.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR CANDIDATURE TO BE FIXED TO AT-LEAST A MASTER DEGREE IN ANY DISCIPLINE AND IT IS MUST.
IF ANYBODY FOUND CORRUPTED HE HAVE TO GET LIFELONG BAN FROM PUBLIC SERVICE OR PUBLIC LIFE, AND HIS WHOLE WEALTH MUST GONE TO GOVERNMENT WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS.
SO AND SO RULES MUST COME IN INDIA.
IS THERE ANYBODY BORN IN INDIA TO BRING THESE POINTS IN RULE? I THINK NO.

These people got their chances already and could not prove any difference in terms of governance as well as between themselves; it includes the left parties as well.
