Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Job profile:
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Submit timely offers againstinquiriesreceived and generated.
- Conducting failure investigations, producing reports and collaborating with internal and external customer personnel to ensure the implementation of improvements.
- To Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
- To prepare sales or new Prospectus reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and market trends.
- To achieve the assign KPIs thus help achieve the organizational goals.
- Contribute to sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed to achieve the targets.
- Candidate must have experience in construction/Equipment infrastructure industry.
- Candidate must have worked in project, construction environment preferably in infrastructure companies and managed contracts Marketing works.
- Contract Administration/Management, Tendering, Negotiation and Finalization.
- Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Vendor Database Management and Vendor Development.
- ShouldSound technical knowledgeof Crawler Tyre Mounted Cranes.
- Contracting Contract administration.
- Coordination with clients, vendors and customers.
- Costing and Estimation for generation of quotation.
- To Study Order received from client for Technical specification or drawings to communicate with Technical Maintenance department in case of inadequacy.
- Project management, Planning and Progress monitoring.
- Candidate should have leadership personality with ability to manage Contracts Marketing Work at Chennai Region and reports to HO Chief Executive Officer.
- Payment follow up collections.
