According to this and many such news items some one in Hyderabad was able to give exact results in many constituencies even to the individual votes garnered by each candidate 2 days before counting started. The election of 2009 was rigged by one particular Political party who made it so that every 10th vote cast would go for that party no matter which button in the EVM was pressed by the voter !!!! Thus for this reasons as one comment in the above video show "EVM's are NOT used in any other civilised/advanced nation, as its open to fraud. Its been proven beyond doubt. All results from EVM elections should be declared NULL & VOID by the UN. This massive Fraud has been carried out by corrupt indian ruling classes, top 0.001%. About time people woke up and elect honest people like Dr Swamy to sort out this mess and get rid of the scum"

Mr.T N Sehean is the only one who got the guts to streamline the systems and made the election commission powerfull. He is fearless and because of him today public know what are the powers of election commission in India.He is the right man who deal with the present day currupt politicians/ officials But!!!?.will he be allowed by the so called ? ---never--So India will continue to suffer --people hv to think irrespective of political wings and save India

Mr Jinto Cherian has made a honest and truthful assessment of KSRTC, which has been a white elephant all these years.A great liability on the Mallu taxpayer. Now there is an excuse or pretext to close down KSRTC; before it dies the natural death. Here is a chance to get rid of the White elephant:- - Slowly sell out buses to private parties where schedules are cancelled. -Sell out progressively the workshop facilities to private. -KSRTC manage the bus stands, for which they can charge fees from private buses. -VRS or absorb the staff in other departments. - Govt. can continue to control ticket fares and enforce traffic safety measures. Let us hope and pray.

People have a lot of misconception about T. N. Seshan. Having worked with him in the Election Commission of India, I can say that what ever he preached about morality was for others. During his time he made a lot of noise to the extent that Supreme Court asked him to keep his mouth shut. Till Seshan's time the judiciary was considerate to the Election Commission and Commission never lost a case in the court, but during his time the decisions in most of the cases were against the Commission, because he had no respect for the laws and rules.
He was appreciated by the public since was shouting against the politicians every time he got a chance.He was against Electronic Voting machines, which we are using in all the elections now, because it was not his brain child.
As people in Delhi know him well, no one wants to touch him even with a long stick

A good article. In addition to what have been said, I remember reading decades back ( I think Mr Malayattur was at the top KSRTC and first time in its history KSRTC made profit) that there is a advisory board comprising of about Plus 200 members. This commitee also contributed for the continued annual loss and KSRT Chave 14 labour unions.
Mr.Malayattur a staunch communist in mind and thoughts tried his level best to reign this unions for the good of common man /Govt of kerala/ KSRTC staff and to KSRTC but failed. I think he was removed from the post within a short period.
Balakrishna pillai's comment on KSRTC is wrong. KSRTC still can be brought to profit provided it is dealt in a professional way. Call people like Mr. T.N. Seshan for guidance and impliment without any resrvation. V can see the result.

ആഴ്ചയില്‍ രണ്ടു ദിവസം ജോലിക്കു പോവുകയും രണ്ടു ദിവസം കിടന്നുറങ്ങുകയും ബാക്കിയുള്ള മൂന്നു ദിവസം മുച്ചീട്ടുകളിക്കു വേണ്ടി ലീവെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന്റെ ജോലി പോയിക്കഴിയുമ്പോള്‍ പൊട്ടിക്കരയുന്നതുപോലെ ബാലിശമാണ് കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസിയുടെ പേരിലുള്ള വികാരപ്രകടനങ്ങള്‍. പെട്ടെന്നൊരു ദിവസം സുപ്രീം കോടതി വില്ലനായി അവതരിച്ച് പാവപ്പെട്ട മലയാളികളുടെ യാത്രാമാര്‍ഗമായ കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസിയുടെ അന്ത്യം കുറിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുകയാണെന്നാണ് നിഷ്‌കളങ്കരായ പലരും കരുതിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി എന്നും ഇവിടെ തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അവിടെ നിലവിലുള്ള പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളും പണ്ടു മുതലേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ടിപി കേസ്, സോളാര്‍ കേസ്, ലാവ്‌ലിന്‍ കേസ്, ഐസ്‌ക്രീം കേസ് തുടങ്ങിയ വിവിധ വികസന പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളില്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരും രാഷ്ട്രീയപാര്‍ട്ടികളും മാധ്യമങ്ങളും ജനങ്ങളും ഒരുപോലെ ബിസിയായിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് ആ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളൊന്നും ആരും മൈന്‍ഡ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നില്ല എന്നു മാത്രം. ഇപ്പോള്‍ ക്ലൈമാക്‌സ് സീനായപ്പോള്‍ രണ്ടാംനിര പടത്തിലെ സഹനടന്മാരെപ്പോലെ മറ്റെല്ലാം മറന്ന് ഐസിയുവിനു മുന്നില്‍ നിന്ന് പരസ്പരം നോക്കിക്കരയുകയാണ് ബ്ലഡി മല്ലു. മലയാളി അര്‍ഹിക്കുന്ന വിധിയാണിത്. കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസിയുടെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ മാത്രമല്ല, വ്യക്തിജീവിതത്തില്‍ പോലും മലയാളിക്കു സംഭവിക്കുന്നത് ഇതു തന്നെയാണ്. റോഡ് നന്നാക്കാന്‍ ലോകബാങില്‍ നിന്നു ലോണെടുത്ത് മന്ത്രിമാര്‍ക്കു പുത്തന്‍ കാര്‍ വാങ്ങുന്ന ഭരണകൂടവും കാര്‍ഷികലോണെടുത്ത് മകളുടെ കല്യാണം നടത്തിയിട്ട് ജപ്തി നോട്ടീസ് വരുമ്പോള്‍ ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്യുന്ന കര്‍ഷകനും സംഭവിക്കുന്നത് കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസിക്ക് സംഭവിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് തന്നെയാണ്.
പരിശ്രമിക്കും, ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തും തുടങ്ങിയ ക്ലീഷേ പ്രഖ്യാപനങ്ങള്‍ തുടരുന്ന മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും കെടുകാര്യസ്ഥത തുടരുമെന്നു തികഞ്ഞ ആത്മവിശ്വാസത്തോടെ പറയുന്ന ട്രാന്‍സ്‌പോര്‍ട്ട് മന്ത്രിയും എല്ലാ പ്രശ്‌നങ്ങളും രണ്ടു ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് അരച്ചുകലക്കി കുടിച്ചു വിശകലനം നടത്തുന്ന മാധ്യമങ്ങളും ഇപ്പോഴും യാഥാര്‍ഥ്യത്തെ ഉള്‍ക്കൊള്ളാന്‍ തയ്യാറല്ല എന്നതു നമ്മുടെ കാപട്യത്തിന്റെ തെളിവാണ്. ജനസംഖ്യ വര്‍ധിക്കുകയും ബസ് സര്‍വീസുകളെ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നവരുടെ എണ്ണം വര്‍ധിച്ചു വരികയും ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി മാത്രം നഷ്ടത്തിലാവുന്നത് ജാതകദോഷം കൊണ്ടോ ശനിദശകൊണ്ടോ അല്ല. സുപ്രീം കോടതി പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ മലയാളി ഭരിച്ചു മുടിച്ചതുകൊണ്ടാണ്. കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസിയെ തൊടുമ്പോള്‍ ഏതൊരു നേതാവിന്റെയും മനസ്സിലേക്ക് ആദ്യം വരുന്നത് അവിടുത്തെ യൂണിയനുകളുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയവും പതിനായിരക്കണക്കിനു തൊഴിലാളികളുടെയും അവരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങളുടെയും വോട്ടുകളെ തന്റെ നയങ്ങള്‍ സ്വാധീനിക്കാനുള്ള സാധ്യതയുമാണ്. രക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കുമെന്നും ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ വെട്ടിക്കുറയക്കില്ലെന്നുമൊക്കെ ഉറച്ചു പറയുന്ന നേതാക്കന്‍മാര്‍ക്ക് കേരളത്തിലെ പൊതുഗതാഗത സംവിധാനം നിലനിര്‍ത്തണമെന്നല്ല അവിടുത്തെ വോട്ടുബാങ്ക് ഉലയ്ക്കരുതെന്ന സഹതാപാര്‍ഹമായ ഒറ്റ ലക്ഷ്യമേയുള്ളൂ.
ജീവനക്കാരുടെ എണ്ണം വെട്ടിക്കുറയ്ക്കുകയോ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍ത്തലാക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യില്ലെന്നാണ് ഗതാഗത മന്ത്രി ആര്യാടന്‍ മുഹമ്മദ് പറഞ്ഞത്. ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളോ പെന്‍ഷനോ സേവന വേതന വ്യവസ്ഥകളോ വെട്ടിക്കുറയ്ക്കില്ല. രോഗികള്‍, ജനപ്രതിനിധികള്‍, മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍, വികലാംഗര്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ക്കുള്ള സൗജന്യ പാസുകള്‍ നിര്‍ത്തലാക്കാനും ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നില്ല. വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ക്കുള്ള കണ്‍സഷനും നിലനിര്‍ത്തും. ഇതൊക്കെയാണ് കെടുകാര്യസ്ഥതയെന്നു കോടതി പറയുന്നതെങ്കില്‍ തന്നെയും അതൊക്കെ തുടരുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും. ഷെഡ്യൂള്‍ വെട്ടിക്കുറയ്ക്കാനും തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.- എന്തൊരു ധീരത എന്നു നമുക്ക് തോന്നും. എന്നാല്‍, ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ മുന്‍മന്ത്രി ബാലകൃഷ്ണപിള്ള പറഞ്ഞതാണ് സത്യസന്ധവും ആത്മാര്‍ഥവുമായ കാര്യം. 'ആരു വിചാരിച്ചാലും കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി ഇനി രക്ഷപ്പെടില്ല. ഓയില്‍ കമ്പനികളെ സഹായിക്കുന്ന നിലപാടാണ് സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റേത്. വന്‍സാമ്പത്തിക ബാധ്യത ഉണ്ടാക്കി വച്ചിട്ട് ന്യായം പറയുന്നതില്‍ അര്‍ത്ഥമില്ല. തന്റേടമുള്ള ഭരണാധികാരികളാണെങ്കില്‍ കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസിക്ക് ഇന്നത്തെ പ്രതിസന്ധി ഉണ്ടാകില്ലായിരുന്നു." നിര്‍ഭാഗ്യവശാല്‍ തന്റേടമുള്ള ഭരണാധികാരികള്‍ നമുക്കുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. തന്റേടം, അഹങ്കാരം തുടങ്ങിയവയെല്ലാം മലയാളി മുളയിലേ നുള്ളിക്കളയുന്ന ദുശ്ശീലങ്ങളാണ്.
കര്‍ണാടകവും തമിഴ്‌നാടും ലാഭകരമായി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ബസ് സര്‍വീസ് നടത്തുന്ന ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ തന്നെയാണ് മിക്കവാറും എല്ലാ നഗരങ്ങളിലും കണ്ണായ സ്ഥലത്ത് ഏക്കറു കണക്കിനു ഭൂമിയുള്ള കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി പട്ടിണി കിടക്കുന്നത്. തന്റേടമുള്ള ഭരണാധികാരികളല്ല, തന്റേടമുള്ള ജീവനക്കാരാണ് കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി ഭരിക്കുന്നത്. മാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ വോട്ടുബാങ്കിനെ പോസിറ്റീവായി സ്വാധീനിക്കുന്ന പ്രസ്താവനകള്‍ നടത്തുന്നതില്‍ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഭരണാധികാരികളില്‍ നിന്നും യഥാര്‍ഥപ്രശ്‌നം ഉള്‍ക്കൊണ്ടുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും നീക്കം ഉണ്ടാവുമെന്നു പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നതില്‍ അര്‍ഥമില്ല. ഒറ്റ ഷെഡ്യൂള്‍ പോലും വെട്ടിക്കുറയ്ക്കില്ല എന്നു മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും അനുദിനം വെട്ടിക്കുറച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഷെഡ്യൂളുകളുടെ എണ്ണം വര്‍ധിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. മെല്ലെ മെല്ലെ കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി എന്നത് ഒരു ഓര്‍മ മാത്രമാവും. അതിലൊന്നും നമ്മുടെ ഭരണാധികാരികള്‍ക്ക് ഒരു വേദനയുമുണ്ടാവില്ല. അതിന്റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം ആരിലാണ് വീഴുക എന്നതില്‍ മാത്രമാണ് അവരുടെ ആശങ്ക. സുപ്രീം കോടതി, എണ്ണക്കമ്പനികള്‍, കേന്ദ്രസര്‍ക്കാര്‍ എന്നിവരാണ് ഈ ദുരന്തത്തിനു കാരണമെന്ന് ജനങ്ങള്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കുമെങ്കില്‍, കേരള സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പരമാധി ശ്രമിച്ചിട്ടും നീതി ലഭിച്ചില്ല എന്നു സമ്മതിക്കുമെങ്കില്‍ ബസുകമ്പനി നിര്‍ത്താന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിനു സന്തോഷമേയുണ്ടാവൂ. വോട്ടു രാഷ്ട്രീയം ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ വീണ്ടും ടിപി കേസ്, സോളാര്‍ കേസ്, ലാവ്‌ലിന്‍ കേസ്, ഐസ്‌ക്രീം കേസ് ഫോര്‍മുലയിലേക്കു നമ്മള്‍ മടങ്ങിവരണമെന്നു മാത്രം.
