U go to Immigration office and give one letter stating the reason and they will issue a paper. U have to pay some money for that n they can come without cancelling or taking new visa

my wife daughter went on vacation (for wife delivery) on last September-2012

now i want bring my family back (visa is still open status, expiring on 1st week of October). need to cancel the old visa apply for new or any other option.
