Usually Google keeps the emails in bin for one month. If you have carefully checked your bin and the emails are not appearing in the bin neither in your sent items then I am afraid you might not be able to recover. I strongly recommend to make a backup account on google and always cc your important emails so that you can have to chance to read/recover in case of any disaster.
