Dear Friends,
It is true, they enjoy the money they amased by illegal means, once they are out of jail after their punishment terms. There has to be a provision to confiscate their and their family's entire movable and immovable property irrespective of whether it is genuine, so that no one would dare to do these things even in their dreams.

I too salute this development. Can any body tell the following fact:

Is there any provision for getting the crores  of money back from those who was caught, apart

from jailing them for some years. They come out after that and enjoy with that money and do the same

crime again.

A good development to keep the criminals away from Parliament and Assemblies. Many organisations and jurists were demanding it; but the political parties were not prepared to accept it as all the parties have their share of persons with criminal background in Parliament and Assemblies. The court is fully justified in this decision as on appeal the conviction is only suspended and the accused is not acquitted. Hope persons like Pappu Yadav will never enter Parliament again.

I know that in the organisational elections of Youth Congress and NSUI (KSU in Kerala) even persons who have pending heinous criminal cases are debarred from contesting. Hope one day we will have a Parliament and Assemblies without criminal elements.
