BSc (Engg), BE and BTech; all are Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Technology)

Engineering degrees are valued based on the institution of study. BTech from an IIT is most valued. 

BSc(Engg) was awarded long ago in Kerala whare as REC offered BE. Most Universities outside Kerala offered BE earlier. At present almost all universities offer BTech.

Don't know any universities now offer BSc (Engg) or BE. However there is no technical difference between the three degrees.
