There is a job vacancy for an IT Support Engineer with the following skills

1. Level 1 desktop support
2. Working knowledge of MS Server 2008 & Microsoft Exchange 2007 / 2010
3. Working knowledge of Networking in a CISCO environment (voice and data)
4. Working knowledge of firewall configurations (Fortigate / Juniper / CISCO)
3. MSCE, CCNA certified
4. Must be able to communicate effectively in English
5. Must be willing to provide technical training to end users and IT partners and also be involved in sales activities.
