[www.keralites.net] help required - Kingfisher bookings

 

Dear Sir,

We had booked a ticket to Coimbatore for 4 family members from Ahmedabad to Coimbatore for May 4 2012. The ticket was booked by an Agent. The agent promised to return the refund after 3 months. I wanted to know through kingfisher whether they have refunded the amount to the agency or otherwise. But i tried toll free number and helpline numbers. But nobody in kingfisher in answering.

If anybody can show me the way, i will be grateful.
