[www.keralites.net] TOP HOME REMEDIES FOR DARK CIRCLES UNDER EYES

TOP HOME REMEDIES FOR DARK CIRCLES UNDER EYES
Today, I have come with an easy guide to prevent, reduce and cure
under eye dark circles. People with thinner skin under the eyes,
extremely fair skinned people and those with a deep set eye
structure are seen to have prominent dark circles.
# Cucumber is one of the best remedies for dark circles. Cucumber
juice, potato juice or almond paste in milk and excellent to soothe
the skin and reverse the affects of the sun or aging.
# A light message of your eyes every night with almond oil or
vitamin E helps a great deal in moisturising as well.
# Cold (used) tea bags can be applied to tightly closed eyes
everyday for 15 minutes.
# Apply a cold soak on your tired eyes for instant rejuvenation.
# Moisturize the area around the eyes without fail.
# Consumption of foods with Niacinamide (Vitamin B3- Niacin) like
peanuts, sun dried tomatoes, tuna, brown rice etc are good. You can
also apply Vitamin B3 creams.
# Do eye exercises. Sit straight, relax and cup your palms around
the eyes allowing no light to come in. Now stare in to the pitch
dark hollow of your palms. Think of something that makes you really
happy and start visualizing it. Do this for a few minutes.
# Shut your eyes tight for 3-5 seconds, then open them for 3-5
seconds. Repeat this a few times.
# Roll your eyes slowly clockwise, then counter-clockwise. Repeat
blinking in between.
# Start practising yoga and pranayama. Gradually, learn to do
sarvangasana which increases blood circulation around the eyes.
Dehydration is a primary cause for wrinkles, dark circles and dull
skin. Not only that you need to drink at least 10 glasses of water
everyday but you need to give moisture to your skin externally.
Rubbing of the eyes can be a non conscious act as well. Be it
pollution or a habit persistent eye rubbing can hamper the beauty
of your eyes. When your melanin levels are raised by sun exposure
they come to the surface of the skin making skin look darker.
Anemia often manifests in the form of paleness, dark circles,
fatigue and more. It is the sleep quality and not the quantity that
cause dark circles. Troubled sleep, stress or a bad mattress needs
repair! Overworking and straining of the eye should be limited for
healthy glowing eyes.
