The World was never meant to be a place filled with Goodness only . God is perfectly capable of creating a world filled with Goodness only . But HE did not for a reason . Both Good and Bad exist in the world and because Bad exists , we know the value of Good . We cannot appreciate Light unless we know darkness . The human being who experiences only good things in life will enjoy happiness . But no real growth or spiritual evolution . The purpose behind the existence of bad in the world is as follows . Only that human being who experiences bad things in life is ready for growth . And that is the only reason why bad exists Do we withstand the temptation or do we succumb to it . When faced with the option to do a good thing and die on account of it and do a bad thing and save your life , 99 % of the humans will surely try to save their lives . Because it is the practical thing to do ( and smart one too ) . Both Pleasant things and Good things come to man for acceptance . And man accepts the pleasant things which give material pleasures and does not choose the good things . Body and mind are the wonderful tools given to the soul to work out its deliverance . And to understand the priorities in life itself will take a lot of births . And after understanding the priorities , starts the real journey . A rearrangement of priorities takes place and then the secondary priorities like job , money , family and friends are used to accomplish the primary priority , which is deliverance . But mankind is stuck in a situation where the secondary priorities have become the primary priorities and man is not even aware of the primary priority . And all these difficulties we discuss are the tests that will show if the man has got character and will also help him to grow character . It really does not matter if it impacts your material life or not . But it has a significant impact on your spiritual life . By the way , I am posting something below with a disclaimer that i do not know if it will work or not . Nevertheless an interesting possibility . Please try the following remedy . There is a chanting website which enables people to chant a mantra for a specific number of times with the help of a mantra counter . The portal's name is www.outofmaya.com . Please enter the chanting room of the website http://outofmaya.com/Chanting_room.html and choose your favourite deity and chant the mantra for a specific number of times daily using the mantra counter ( Ex: 9 or 108 times , 108 preferably ) . If your favourite deity is not there in the website , then write to contactus@outofmaya.com to prepare a mantra counter for your deity . Meanwhile , consider Krishna as your favourite deity and do the chanting . But , whichever deity you choose ( Krishna or any other deity ) , the ending is always " Sarvam Krishnarpanam " . Keep a rosary bead with 108 beads in front while chanting . Hold the beads in your hands and pray the beads and then keep the beads in front and then start the chanting . You can buy the beads from any nearby shop or you can write to contactus@outofmaya.com for the beads . Before you start using the beads to count the chanting , keep the beads in front for the first 48 days and do the chanting via the website . After that , if you are comfortable counting with the beads , you can use the beads to count or you can continue to keep the beads in front while chanting via the website . Always pray the beads before the chanting and after the chanting Enter the Ganesha chanting room first and select the specific count chanting option and chant Om Gam Ganapathaye Namaha 10 times . And then enter the Krishna room and select specific count chanting option and chant for 108 times ( If you have a favourite deity then enter that deity's room and chant for 108 times ) . Failure in material life due to doing something good is not a failure at all . It is the GREATEST success in one's life . But it looks like a failure since Success in this world is measured in terms of the money you have , in terms of the beautiful body you have , in terms of the talent and fame you have . And not in terms of the character you have . So , it looks like a failure .
