Cure for piles - very simple home remedy - Manas Maral

Cure for Piles as suggested by him.

For Piles :

Take hair of Coconut (especially above the 3 black spots) and burn it into ashes. This Ash to be taken 3 gm morning - afternoon - evening with buttermilk, empty stomach. take food only 1 hr after taking the medicine. In one day, the piles will go away. Make sure you are not constipated.

The same medicine can be taken from me, if you are not able to make with purity.

This medicine is so miraculous, in my last class in KSRP, there were 24 piles patients. Each one of them reported that piles got cleared in one day. Some of them were 2 - 3 times operated also.

Mool bandha for about 50 - 100 times also helps.

Acupressure at the wrist bone, just below the thumb for about 2 - 5 min 3 times a day also solves the problem.
