Why dont you consult your doctor? He would give a better advice than what you get from us on the net. There are so many laxative medicines in herbal medicine, ayurvedic, homeopathic, modern medicine to get relief from constipation. You may have to change your life style and eating habits. Take less of non veg and more and more of leafy veg. and fruits. If you take fruits in the empty stomach you feel instant relief.

I got constipation issue for last 3 years i was taking herbal powder (kadukai powder) for free motion.
Now i can see a small ball like substance in the anus there got pain also.Advice me the medication, i dont want to go for surgery.
