| A Festively Creative DIY Fall Wedding Posted: 14 Oct 2013 04:00 AM PDT I'm a huge fan of fall. From the crispness in the air to the changing leaves in all their magnificent colors. And let's not forget the fall fashion. Yes, this time of year is definitely a favorite. Lucky for us, the season is overflowing in today's DIY fall wedding by Inspired Photography by Susie Becky. The night before Cari-Jean and Ian's October wedding, friends and family individually carved pumpkins into whatever designs inspired them. And creative bride Cari-Jean pretty much handcrafted everything else. "My ceremony feather hair piece was designed and made by me and a close friend", said Cari-Jean. "And the second hair piece from Forever 21 was what I chose to wear to suit the Halloween festive party style during the reception". Also, the flowers and decorative details were designed by the bride and collaboratively arranged by close family friends. In addition to the bride's marvelously unique style, I adore the groom's vintage attire and the fabulous deconstructed cake from Old Town Bakery. And the colors of orange, brown, cream, gray and navy blue were completely carried through with oodles of heart. All in all it was one brilliantly creative DIY fall wedding I hope you'll enjoy!
