You are absolutely RIGHT, Jaya. I too remember that incident on TV. Since then I have also lost interest in watching that Star Singer programme. We, my children & Grand children used to watch all those episodes since that incident we all lost interest in it. It is humiliating & insulting a human soul. That has created a permanent scar in our hearts. I do not know what happened to these people. They do not deserve any sort of FAME or POPULARITY. We Malayalees ashamed of having such characters like Venjaramood, Ranjini & Sreeshanth. They think they can do any damn thing and get away with it. There are enough of idiots in our society like Suresh Gopi to help them to get away with all those tantrums. Another person is Kalabhavan Mani. As Vivekanda said they are like frogs in the well. They do not know the world is much larger than what they think. Now we realize the GREATNESS of those people like Jagathy, Mohanlal, Mammooty, Jayaram & Dileep. HATS OFF to them.

When she was anchoring for Idea star singer, she used to show her importance by making fun of the contestants . I stil remember one day she insulted one boy ( i do not remember his name) and actress swetha menon pacified him. After that I just stopped watching that programme which was also totally commercial. It is nice to hear that people support that poor Binoy.

Suraj also sailing in the same boat. They were nobody some years back. Both thru influence got chances and became famous unlike other actors (like Jagathy, innocent and even Mohanlal who got their goal thru hardwork and struggle) for which they should be grateful to God, instead of misbehaving with people.
