[www.keralites.net] Looking for legal advise

 

Dear all,

I am working in a jafza based company. I didn't get my salary from the last 3 months. Now my employer release the termination letter for all and promise all benefits as per uae law. Now it pass 15 days and he is not taking any action for cancellation and for the settlement.

I approach him and sent messages many times regarding this matter. But he is not responding. please advise the next step for getting the cancellation and settlement.

Awaiting for the valuable reply from the group members.
