[www.keralites.net] Advice requested

Dear All,

Myself and my wife are senior citizens(I am ex SBI) settled down in Chennai for the last 35 years.

We are toying with the idea of relocating back to Kerala(Kochi). We have properties in Chennai and so cannot shift immediately. Also, we are not sure whether living conditions in Kochi will be as good as what we enjoy right now in Chennai.

1.Can anyone help us to take on RENT a WATER FRONT FULLY FURNISHED 3BHK in ALUVA(or Marine Drive) for a reasonable rent?(My idea is to try it out for a few months or a year and if we like it, we will buy a flat and shift permanantly)

2.I am also open to the idea of taking on rent flats owned by NRIs who keep their flats vacant for most part of the year and stay for a month or two every year. This will be a WIN-WIN situation for both parties. The owner will get some income and his flat will be well maintained during their absence.I will get a fully furnished flat by paying a nominal rent.

3.Please note that we need only a periyar facing flat with view from all rooms, and FULLY furnishid with ACs and preferably a servant's room.

I now look forward to reciving replies for NRI s who are interested to offer their flats to me.

Warm regards,

B.Jacob
