[www.keralites.net] Advice and suggestions required

 

Dear Friends,

 

I have a shop in Kerala. Since I am abroad  there is no one to run the shop now. I would like to keep someone  as employee to run the shop where I will invest. and the dad to day sale to be informed to me daily. Please advice what are the conditions and terms to be done  to be made befored asking the employee to run the shop and  as I will be coming back to run the shop myself. and to prevent any obstacles. 

Please give advice and suggestions.
