Re: [www.keralites.net] Re: Beware of mobile companies

HI Jithin

What you are trying to say is not correct.May be you are telling about your work experince for a short period. But please go through all the mails in this regard.I am also experienced some over charging from airtel and vodafone.See jithin today almost all people including fisherman, fisher woman and vegetable venders and all illiterate people using mobile. With out explaining in details about the services they ask to press button or send sms etc and they do it with out understanding the effect. Most of them do not check their daily balance and call charges.

A mobile company has lakhs of customers and if 25%of the people are cheated that amount itself will comes in lakhs. Most of the times they do it with out any button prssing or sms. They activate the services with out the consent of the customer. They are only interested in their income.

hi.....

am jithin from cochin... i have been worked around an year in a customer care of a famous mobile service provider . there also so many calls regarding this issue. and the seniors given orders tht told the customer tht he might accidently pressed some button in between the call from the service provider , and like u brother they were some people who didnt recieved any calls from the same. the main thing is tht....

1. u will recieve calls from service provider , and they in tht they will introduce their new services or offers which can be activate by pressing buttons in ur phone. if the offer is activated without pressing any button , may be it willbe a mistake from u or company. plz make sure tht if u r in phone , just put the phone in a mean distance from ur skin.... i mean from ur ear or mouth..... so tht u can easily avoid any unknown pressing in the keypad.

2. if u r not pressed any button, and also the company taken charge from u . u can directly visit any stores or call customer care to register a complaint. they will ask for around 48 hours to cure the same. after tht they have to put back the cash. if they r not paying back, u can register a complaint against tht service provider in trai . it is the only authority in india to take care of these things.

also thr is a request tht dont blame for customer care executives for these kinds of things , bcoz they r just workers , they r just obeying seniors orders. no think tht i am staking tht executive is good... i said this in generally .

cheer....................
