First of all find out the present value of the land from the adjacent lands' transactions recently held.

Then u can depreciate some amount in the cost of the building u built.
 

Calculate the total amount and divide by 4.

That will be one share of the property now.

1999ല്‍ നാലുപേര്‍ ചേര്‍ന്ന് 10 സെന്റ്‌ സ്ഥലം രണ്ടര ലക്ഷം രൂപയ്ക്കു വാങ്ങുകയും ആ സ്ഥലത്ത് എട്ട് ലക്ഷം രൂപ ചിലവില്‍ ഒരു വീടും നിര്‍മിച്ചു. എന്നാല്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ അതില്‍ ഒരാള്‍ അയാളുടെ വീതം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു, ഇപോഴത്തെ മാര്‍ക്കറ്റ്‌ വില അയാള്‍ക്ക്‌ നല്‍കേണ്ടി വരും.

അപ്പോള്‍ അയാളുടെ വീതം എത്ര ശതമാനം കണക്കാക്കി നല്‍കേണ്ടി വരും ?
