You can file your complaint at the consumer court.  I am sure you will get justice.

We have sent 2 Consignments through Ondot Couriers Cargo Ltd, Faridabad, Haryana for Airport Terminal Mumbai during February, 2015.  Approximate cost of the consignments are Rs. 70,000/- and the courier charges are Rs. 1,100/-.  We are frequently follow up with their various offices at Faridabad, Mumbai and Head Office at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.  Recently we had a talk with their GM Mr. Patra at Kirti Nagar says that he cannot help this matter, you contact Faridabad office, only they can help in this matter. 

We have contacted several times with their Faridabad office Manager Mr. Pradeep (Mobile no. 8377005382).  He is behaving  like an irresponsible, a chronic drunkard using abusing languages with us and said he ate our consignment and asking us to go with complaint to our HO or  Managing Director, Legal Case whatever it is, nothing will happens.  Now we have no choice to locate the consignment. The courier tracking report shows "Shipment status – ON HOLD – Reason : No entry." Friends, please help us to locate this consignment.
