We have sent 2 Consignments through Ondot Couriers Cargo Ltd, Faridabad, Haryana for Airport Terminal Mumbai during February, 2015. We have contacted several times with their Faridabad office Manager Mr. Pradeep (Mobile no. 8377005382). He is behaving like an irresponsible, a chronic drunkard using abusing languages with us and said he ate our consignment and asking us to go with complaint to our HO or Managing Director, Legal Case whatever it is, nothing will happens. Now we have no choice to locate the consignment. The courier tracking report shows "Shipment status – ON HOLD – Reason : No entry." Friends, please help us to locate this consignment.
