This type of roti called charolia in jammu reason prepared by making dough consistency smooth.Dough is prepared by mixing water with wheat flour or maida then prepared dough is poured in special type of mud pot having four or five opening.THis type of pot is called charolu in jammu region and roti made by this is called charolia.we people of jammu region prepared this roti in monsoon season and enjoy the taste of roti with hot tea or milk.
