Ludhiana gets a aircraft restaurant A320

This aircraft which was in active service with Air India can accommodate up to 72 diners. While the aircraft was originally junked after flying its rated number of miles, it was brought piecemeal to Ludhiana from Delhi, requiring a team of engineers to assemble the craft together and repurpose it as a restaurant — a process that took about four months.

This unusually-themed restaurant dishes out only vegetarian food, and is bound to be better than those styrofoam packages doled out during a Delhi-Mumbai flight.
