Mild acne on the face reacts badly to dry weather in winter. It could be the cold weather allergy, wrong moisturiser,
lack of enough sun, body heat fluctuation, dehydration and so on.Here's how to tackle acne:
1. Use a vaporiser at home during winter. It will reduce the dry air inside and render moisture to the skin.
2. Keep your windows open to the sun for a few minutes in the morning.
3. Drink enough water even if you are not thirsty. Warm water and herbal teas are recommended.4. Choose the best cleanser and moisturiser that work for you. Lotions work better than creams.
5. Work out daily . 6. Ask your doctor about zinc supplements.7. Have citrus fruits. Vitamin C is essential to keep away acne.
8. Avoid long hot baths. This will reduce the dryness.9. Drink carrot juice daily or eat carrots as a salad.
