to get rid of constipation I used to take Perikka fruit ( koyya pazham in Tamil). or Agathi keerai (This is how we call it Palakkad,but .I don`t know the exact equivalant in Malayalam) Both are very good.

Now i can see a small ball like substance in the anus there got pain also.
Advice me the medication, i dont want to go for surgery.
