[www.keralites.net] Fwd: Get Over It!

Get Over It!

Emotional crashes need not linger in your DNA! Most are still harboring attachments to 'trauma's and hurts' from childhood. That's likely why they keep creeping into your life!  Repressed negatives keep piling up while you resort to medications, legal (even religion) or not, to find 'breaks' while they keep coming, as that's part of life, and more so for the 'human magnet' of negativity. Hanging on becomes like a slow vacuum cleaner for picking up lots of shrapnel that in a healthy, strong mind and heart would be like asteroids flying by the earth causing no damage.  Projecting them on others, as if you didn't call them in, is another type of 'bogus medication'. Why pull in negatives to be attached to other negatives which lie dormant but for infinite 'triggers' to activate them?

All things that 'hurt' need to be processed 'naturally', and that involves facing the emotional pain straight on from a loving heart! Emotional pain has many levels, as does one have many levels of addressing the lingering pains. In a way, you are selfish by not letting go of the attachment. Certainly it doesn't mean to park them in the subconscious, and maybe 'medicate' them over and over and over thinking that's the way to deal with them. Being selfish and not letting go, you show up less than you could to others particularly those close or intimate with.

Somebody did this or that to you? And, what part did your lack of self love have to do with your reaction, and not letting go of it. As what would be referred to as 'single', I have found myself mostly in that category, while having as yet many varied and phenomenal relationships of intimacy. Due to my early 'misfortune' (? not really) of experiencing a very loving early life with no trauma, and a spiritual type obsession with relationships as a conscious-spiritual path (called the 'love path'), it has been a journey of experiencing as much as possible with them. To an outsider not knowing the 'inside' journey it might appear a bit 'unconventional'. Certainly my relationship path would not have been very possible during most of history due to the 'collective mindset', and lack of information available. 'Self, deep love' only loves the other even if you have moved on, and under any circumstances.

Breakthroughs of insights into love, and it's limitless dimensions is, in my mind, the most wondrous use of time on earth in terms of inner revelations. Love is rarely without problems with itself, meaning problems with love. However, a love with no barriers to complete mutual sensitivity catapults one into a dimension of love that transforms all future experiences of awareness! Being 'stuck' in no love, little love, or love that comes and goes, etc., results in giving only a limited let go of emotion and awareness. Time to get over ALL negatives of the past. Moving on and moving up - no limits~! Be 'apocalyptic' with love!November 8, 2013
