Dear group friends,

Will any one of you can give some information on the following:

1. From one mobile number, is it possible for a 2nd person to take the call list (calls received or made, sms sent and received) without the knowledge of the owner means who owns the number ?

2. Is it permitted to take the caller list from the service provider say Tata DoCoMo, idea, airtel etc etc. Will the service provider allow or part with the callers list just like that or any one approaches them ? is it so easy ?

3. Is there any provision in India that, if I own a mobile number and any one can get the callers list or sms sent or received list or the sms itself (copy) without my knowledge and consent ?

It is heard that (in TV news etc) callers list obtained etc etc. Those are of politicians and not just common man like me.

Would appreciate if you can share some information on the above.
