Yes Mr.Gangadharan Nair, You are right ! Keralites might really be lucky for having all those you named, and many such others. However, they are not SUFFOCATING , as those in Gujarat,of "encounter killings" of innocent citizens of the country, including a KERALITE named Parnesh Pillai and scores of others. Further, Gujarat may be fortunate to have several encounter specialist IPS Officers such as S/s.Vanzara, Amin, Pande,etc., who have been cooling down in various States in the country waiting for their turn to be pronounced as "hard-core" criminals !

Gujarat might also have been fortunate to have a courageous IPS Officer, viz.Mr.R.Sreekumar,who stood up against the might of the State and happily accepted victimisation for the same ! Perhaps, Kerala with all its weaknesses, and Keralites cannot imagine of butchering its own innocent people for the sake narrow political gains. That's the difference !

Of course, we the Keralites are very lucky and fortunate to have these Saritha, Shalu, Biju, Joppan, Ganesh, Oommen Chandy Chandy Ommen. Look at that Gujarat State, there are no Sarithas or Shalus or Chandys Oommens and poor state there is NO Hartal or Terror attack for the last 10years. Those people in Gujarat must be really suffocating.
